Retention principles

Zervyx retains authorized business information only for as long as needed to provide requested analytics, comply with applicable requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

Amazon authorization

When a seller revokes authorization, Zervyx stops new synchronization. OAuth credentials are disabled or deleted. Amazon Information no longer required for an allowed purpose is securely deleted according to applicable Amazon policy and contractual requirements.

Account deletion

An organization owner may request deletion from the registered address. We verify authority before deletion. Active records are removed from production systems and residual encrypted backups expire through the normal backup lifecycle, unless retention is legally required.
