1. Scope

This policy explains how Zervyx, operated by ALLtools, processes information when sellers use our e-commerce analytics service.

2. Information we process

We process account identifiers, business contact information, application activity, and data a seller authorizes us to retrieve from Amazon APIs. Depending on enabled features, this can include non-restricted sales, order, inventory, fulfillment, fee, refund, settlement, financial-event, and advertising performance data.

3. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate integrations, synchronize authorized data, calculate analytics, maintain security, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell Amazon Information or use it for unrelated advertising.

4. Sharing

Information is shared only with infrastructure providers necessary to host, secure, monitor, and maintain Zervyx, or when required by law. Providers may process information only to deliver contracted services.

5. Security and isolation

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Zervyx separates records by organization and applies server-side authorization checks. Access to production data is limited to authorized functions.

6. Seller choices

An authorized seller may revoke an Amazon connection and request access, correction, export, or deletion of its information.
