1. Service

Zervyx provides dashboards and analytical tools for authorized e-commerce business data. Metrics, forecasts, margins, and profitability figures are informational estimates and are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

2. Accounts and authorization

Users must provide accurate information, protect their accounts, and have authority to connect each seller or advertiser account.

3. Acceptable use

Users may not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service, misuse Amazon Information, or use Zervyx in violation of applicable law or Amazon policies.

4. Third-party services

Amazon and other integrations are governed by their own terms and availability. A third-party service may change, limit, or revoke API access.

5. Availability

We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address policy violations, or maintain service integrity.
